Often called the "terrible Twos" can extend into the 3rd year. Unless his behavior is harmful to himselff or others KEEP CALM. ..SET LIMITS (FIRMLY) and when necessary QUIET TIME. (My advice is NOT "medical". I am not a Pediatrician rather I have been through this with three great kids...who now have a total of six themselves!) Good Luck the "lovely years" are ahead.
Hope this helps
