Dry skin: Home urine pregnancy tests are very accurate. If you have several negative tests and it's been 82 days since intercourse, you're not pregnant. An under active thyroid can cause both dry skin and skipped periods. There are lots of possible causes of skipped periods. See a provider for thyroid and other testing.
