Don't understand?: Were you hoping to have hangovers?? If not, exercise away. However, most people don't find being intoxicated goes along well with exercise, and alcohol may reduce muscle strength. Is having a drink first thing in the morning to steady your nerves or to get rid of a hangover, normal?
No: Ask yourself these questions: 1) do you feel the need to cut back on your drinking? 2) are you annoyed when others ask you to stop? 3) do you feel guilty about drinking? 4) do you need an "eye-opener" drink in the morning to get going?
