Definitely mom's express that they feel like they don't have as much time to get to the bathroom. Stool straining?: Are you straining (Valsalva maneuver) at the stool to have a bowel movement? If so, it could be hemorrhoids as an alternative to vaginal spotting. If you are doing the Valsalva maneuver regularly, it may also be producing the vaginal spotting as well. Valsalva maneuver: Straining at defecation causes an abrupt drop in bp. Although you note that your BP is "normal", it's the fall in BP that causes dizziness and it's likely that yours falls with valsalva (straining) as does everyone's. Used to be the "nametag" applied to what we now know is IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome" and that's what your stools sound like. Dry "pebble like" stools, mucous and "ribbon like" stools (spastic contraction of bowel)
