Is It Normal To Have An Echo In My Ears After Cleaning
I had a ear tube put in my left ear today in office. Is it normal for the ear to feel or be inflamed, not hear well? What's normal after tube surgery?
Not sure: A ventilation tube inserted in the office or in the hospital is almost always performed for a middle ear effusion. (fluid in the middle ear cavity). Normally, there should be no symptoms except that the hearing has been significantly improved. All your symptoms are not what you should have after this rather simple surgical procedure. Embarrassed: A young healthy male can get aroused easily. Unless you have other symptoms that concern you about your health do not worry about it. Please continue to see your doctor about the reason you were sent for an ultrasound in the first place. That is what appears to be most important. Peace and good health. ...Read more
I got hit in the head two months ago by someone that ruptured my eardrum. Is it normal for it to still hurt, especially if there is any wind it hurts ?
Wind induced pain: suggests that your rupture was quite large and has not healed, leaving an opening into the middle ear that is admitting air and causing pain. You should see a provider (preferably an ENT) for an exam because a small rupture should have healed in two months. Good luck! ...Read more

Effects may vary: A subdural hematoma is a serious issue.
