Holter or event moni: You have to capture your heartbeat during an episode of pounding & symptoms to see if it correlates. A Holter monitor or an "event monitor" is used to measure your ECG long-term & can help in diagnosis. Your friendly local Cardiologist should have such devices. Broken eardrum: I believe you are referring to a perforated tympanic membrane (eardrum). This can be caused by a direct injury to the ear (something punctures the eardrum). It can be caused by an ear infection. It can also be caused by pressure, as in diving. I'm not a specialist, but I think these generally heal on their own. Do you have SVT?: It you have supraventricular tachycardia diagnosed cilnically or on holter monitor, there are a variety of ways to approach it -- I used to have it (and mild prolapse on echo) and found that simply staying in really good aerobic shape worked better than meds, as the textbooks confirm. See your Family Doc: I'm not sure why blue stuff is coming out of your ear! It's time to tell your parents/guardian to take you to see your Family Doc or ENT for proper evaluation. Pain while cleaning ears (assuming you're doing what you're not supposed to do ie getting deep into canal) could be due to trauma to ear canal. Or otitis externa (infection). Ear wax: You most likely removed ear wax. You should not remove ear wax by placing a qtip inside the ear canal. You can try a simple method over the counter. It requires water with a bulb syringe.
