Im 23 and my heart is always beating harder than normal.Often feel SOB and cant get a full deep breath of air when exercising.Doc. cant figure it out.
Echo?: Have you had an echocardiogram? Do you have valvular disease (AR and MR) which can cause excessively high ejection fraction? I'm slim but trying to get in better shape. After I did a 9 mins workout i felt like i couldn't breath had a headache and felt nauseous is that normal?
Take it slow: If you are out of shape you'll feel bad after even a short workout. Start with slower workouts like fast walking. Make certain you stay well hydrated and eat a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables with adequate protein. Within a week or two you'll begin to feel better and better and can do more. May have overdid it: You just overexerted yourself a bit. If it's 1st time in awhile (or ever) for heavy exercise or workout then, you want to start slower and work up to to higher levels slowly. Is it dehydration? After exercising i felt i needed water so as i was gonna get the water my heart started beating fast, my vision became less visible, my hearing was less too and i couldn't breath right, feeling weak then i sat down and started to sweat
Sounds : Sounds like you might have had orthostatic hypotension of which the #1 cause is dehydration. What happens is that your blood pressure drops instead of increases when you change positions causing the symptoms you describe.
