Hard to say: Your uterine anatomy is no longer normal, so I think it's reasonable to expect some abnormal events from here on out. Likely, the shedding of it's lining is no longer as streamlined as it used to be. Can be normal: 3 months following a myomectomy and not conceiving is not abnormal. Three months not having had surgery and not pregnant is not abnormal. I would give it a total of 12 months before seeking assistance from an infertility specialist. ...Read more
