Could be indigestion: Usually food poisoning shows up as either causing extreme vomiting, or diarrhea with abdominal pain. So if your picture is much more mild than this, then chances are high it's not food poisoning. That being the case, you could just have indigestion. You'll know based on how long your symptoms last.
