Really intense cough: All the parts of your body are connected so if you have a really intense cough it is not surprising that you feel it rattling other parts of your body. Now the question is why are you coughing so intensely. I obviously don't know what is causing the cough. It could be an infectious process, an allergic one or something else. Spinal stenosis can be a result of disc herniation, arthritic spurs, or congenital defects that result in an abnormally small spinal canal. Gezundheit: There are 8 nerve roots that come out of each side of the spine at the neck. One of these lower ones is getting irritated by episodes sneezing due to increased internal pressures. Less worrisome if only during sneezing. If pain at rest and other times, its more worrisome.
