Is It Normal To Feel Intense Pressure On Your Eye When You Blow Your Nose
Recently, i've noticed when i blow my nose i can feel pressure releasing through my bottom right eye lid. Is this something that should worry me?Cure?
What treatment route should I take? I have had a pain in my nose that feels like a bruise for about a week and i'm starting to feel pressure near my left eye now. I can breath ok but i find i'm blowing my nose a lot more. This pain has increased the last
When i blow my nose liquid squirts out my eye. I have read various cases of this, however, I have I.I.H so I worry it could be increased pressure..
Squirting eye: 1st, it is probably normal..EVERYONE has tiny tubes the carry our tears away from our eyes and down into the nose aided by gravity...That's why our nose runs when we cry..If you blow your nose and that pressure pushes from your nose backwards , that pressure can push the tears backwards and back where they started, in your eyes..Then they have to start that journey all over again...So relax ...Read more
Mild pressure near eye and beside nose, sometimes painful. also when I blow my nose, tiny specks of blood once in a while. Chronic sinusitis?
Used nasal rinse today for post nasal drip and now my nose by my eyes has feeling of pressure. Normal? Did I do something wrong
No: Saline entered a sinus cavity behind the bridge of your nose, the pressure will dissipate. It may help to treat sinus congestion to facilitate clearance. Afrin otc can be helpful, but should be used at physicians discretion and not for more than 3 days (unless instructed to do so). Also, try the squeeze bottle for saline rinses, it allows better control of velocity of rinse. ...Read more

Been having pressure n my face between my nose & eyes runny nose, cough, lightheaded when blowing my nose it's kinda green alil? No fever no aches!
Good old cold!: Sounds like you have a good ol' cold. Congestion from the cold gives that pressure feeling, and the drainage can cause the cough. Kinda green means the body is sending white blood cells to fight the infection - that's a good thing. Since no fever or aches, doubt influenza or sinus infection. Wait 10-14 days with symptomatic care (humidifier, saline rinses of sinuses...) and if not better, doctor. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
