Is it normal when your body is cold for my pee to be colder that what it normally is. Also my penis is quite cold. Is it normal?

Hemoglobin is normal, ferritin is 41.. Could this cause fatigue? My doc likes it to be between 70-110 even though normal range is 10-232. Thoughts?

I'm afraid not: Low-normal iron stores without anemia have not been causally linked to fatigue, and iron supplementation without a deficiency has not been shown to help anything (except restless leg syndrome).
