Light pinching pain in abdomen, side, and back during early pregnancy is this normal or should I be concerned?
Likely normal: It is still best to ask your OB and for explanation and a good exam. As the uterus rises, like any tissue, it causes discomfort and pressures on surrounding tissues even the bladder.
