And is it dangerous to work out when having a cold?

Hi! could you please help me, my left ear is driving me crazy, it is as if someone is blowing into it and when that happens there is a vibration. ?
I checked my blood pressure and it is fine but if I walk to the second floor it is telling is high is it that normal?
Hi There! I just had a question as far as the body tissue that contracts is it normal for it to keep happening? Should I be taking anything OTC to help it from occurring? It's very painful while it contracts and then when it goes down I'm ok just extremel
1st. NormalOnlyMeans: capable of contraction & no human body muscles (except heart muscle, ~110 times/min without brain inputs) contract without a direct nerve fiber stimulus from the brain (most as signals relayed via the spinal cord). I.e. Body is an extension of the mind & brain. 2nd Normal only means common, no necessary relation with health/disease, good/bad. Avoid conflating issues. 3rd Your specific question? ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Is it normal when your body is cold for my pee to be colder that what it normally is. Also my penis is quite cold. Is it normal?
Likely normal: As long as everything is functioning properly, it sounds normal. When you are cold overall, your body tries to pull heat from the areas farthest from your heart, which is why your hands and feet typically get cold first. Since the penis is sticking out from the body, it can also become cold too. Now if you are having pain, discoloration, or anything else unusual, certainly see a physician. ...Read more

Is it possible that someone could be hyperventilating when nervous and not even realize it? If so, how does this work in the body?
Fight or flight: When we come under threat or feel nervous our fight or flight response kicks in heartrate and respiration rate increase and along with a narrowing of vision or focus on the threat we can become less aware of our breathing, only making it all worse - the classical cure for that is taking some long deep breaths, holding, exhaling slowly, holding, long deep breath. ...Read more

My elderly mother has for years reported that she is cold (not just in winter) when it doesn't seem to me to be cold. I always do something to warm her up. Is this only a peripheral problem? If her temperature were taken would it be likely to be low?
See an MD: With her age, it is best to get blood tests (check for anemia, thyroid problems, kidney/liver function especially if on medications). She also needs a physical exam to check her peripheral circulation. It may be related to being thin and frail in elderly patients or a medication she is on. Temperature in elderly patients is not always accurate or reliable. Best to see an MD. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
