If "healthy foods" are low fat, low calorie, then may have an explanation there, especially if recent diet change. Most all of us have firm accumulations of fat called lipomas or benign cysts within our subcutaneous tissues under the skin. Keep track of the lumps and make sure they don't seem to be enlarging.
