Your : Your symptoms are concerning for an esophageal stricture, which means a narrowing of your esophagus. This can happen for no reason or sometimes can be caused by another condition. I have a tingaling feeling in my stomach every morning when I wake up and it don't go away till I have a cup of coffee, what is causing my stomach to act that way?

Tingling in stomach: While i'm not sure i know exactly what the "tingling" is, some stomach ulcers can present with symptoms that change with the intake of food. It would be interesting to know if coffee is the only thing that helps, or if simply eating/drinking anything helps. My hands and legs go numb, freeze if i sit for longer. Also the legs feel like dead for sometime. It keep happening. Is it something to worry about?

Need workup: The issues you are describing sound neurological in nature, and with a history of urinary incontinence as well, i would recommend seeing a neurologist for a work up for neurodegenerative diseases like ms. It may be nothing, simply just pressure on your nerves, but it could be something more serious and i would recommend seeing a physician for a workup including MRI of brain and spine. ...Read more

I'm 36 weeks pregnant, when I'm standing my back feels like it wants to give up or something.. It feels weak and I have to sit down.. Is it normal ??

"Lord knows it is": Due to your late stage in pregnancy your spine(back) has an increased curve in it to compensate for the large weight that it is supporting "down front". This is called lordosis of the spine and you know it as swayback commonly. Don't worry, at 36 weeks relief is coming very soon with labor and delivery. I have seen this frequently happening in patient with gastroesophageal reflux, chronic/acute sinusitis or people that smoke. You : You are likely dealing with acid reflux. Basically your stomach produces excess acid when you eat certain foods (typically spicy, greasy, caffeinated products, chocolate) this excess acid causes abdominal pain thats usually burning in nature. The acid can reflux (go from stomach into the esophagus) this is why you feel the pain in your chest, and you ultimately vomit. Please schedule an appointment with your doctor right away. In the meantime you can try an acid blocker like pepcid, (famotidine) or something called a proton pump inhibitor like over the counter prilosec. Also avoid the foods that worsen your symptoms. Best of luck to you. ...Read more
