You need a workup: To try to detrmine the cause because after 2 missed , you are more likely to have another missed and sometimes the cause can be determined and u can get on meds like Progesterone and others to rpevent a 3rd one so see your obgyn and if your obgyn does not want to do the workup you should be referred to an infertilty specialist because recurrent abs are a form of infertilty. ...Read more

I would make sure you call your OB to let him/her know your symptoms in case you need to be seen.
