Not exactly...: What was the original reason for taking the laxative? If for constipation, you should increase your intake of fruits such as prunes to improve your stools. Difficult to say: Unless your constipation was mostly related to a fecal(poop) impaction which your enema may have relieved, it may not readily normalize bowel wise until the underlying cause of your constipation is addressed.
