Be patient, all kids have accidents, they are supposed to, it is a learning process.Avoid pull ups as they are diapers in kids mind. Use training pants. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

My 2yr old son recently started waking up screaming and sweating so bad that his pillow was soaked and hand was wrinkled also he looks disoriented?

However, the soaked pillow and wrinkled hand is a bit odd. Being disoriented is an odd combination as well, though it's tough to say if it's due to waking or another reason.
