Implanon: Irregularly irregular periods are very common with the Implanon and Nexplanon contraceptives. The streaky brown discharge may be old blood that is just part of this irregular bleeding. Many things including colon cramping could have caused the pain 2 nights ago. If you aren't having any more pain, I don't believe you need to be concerned. See your doctor if more pain occurs. Ni Allergy: Unless the allergy is severe, the Ni leaching out of a plate should be insignificant. Since there is rarely enough friction to aggravate any elution when placed on a long bone or a flat one your are probably safe. Swelling and redness around the area would prove me wrong. ...Read more

Let advice you: When you have those metal in your arm for two years and did not cause any problems, know we have to think why know. 1-possible loose metal or screws there. 2-possble low grade infection there. 3-possible nonunion of the bone.
