Yes: This is a very controversial question. I believe it is not a problem, an egg is an excellent source of protein and calcium, the yolk-large cholesterol content. However this cholesterol doesn't translate in the body to the 'bad' cholesterol. Very important is check your entire lipid panel on a doc checkup. Depends: a serving of cooked veggies is one cup, a serving of raw veggies is 2 cups. potatoes do not count as veggies due to significant carbohydrates.
