I think I'm manic and I have to wait until at least Monday to have it confirmed. I would like to talk to a specialist about this before then. If you're specialised in mania and read this before Monday 8th, please contact me for a consult.
Best to see MD: You should be seen in person as soon as possible by a psychiatrist to evaluate and diagnose your mental state. Diagnosing mania can be complicated, requiring a detailed history, physical and mental status exam. Tell a family member or trusted friend how you feel, ask them to go with you to urgent care or ER without delay. Mania is treatable. See: http://www. Nimh. Nih. Gov/health/publications/bipolar-disorder-in-adults/index. Shtml Be safe. I hope this helps. ...Read more
I had a D&E at 5 months a year ago (baby stopped moving). TTC since day one. I think it's time to talk to a specialist. What do could be wrong?
Infertility: A "D&E " is a complicated procedure which can cause debris to lodge in the fallopian tubes, thereby preventing fertilization because the sperm cannot fertilize the egg secondary to "blocked tubes". Assuming that you are ovulating regularly, and the partner has a normal sperm count, see your healthcare provider and ask about an x-ray of your tubes (hysterosalpingogram), which can open both tubes. ...Read more

What type of specialist should I look for to have fibrous remove robotic surgical or are there any listed here that I may talk with. Thank you?
Fibroids: I think that fibroids is what you're talking. They are little muscular tumors in the wall of a woman's uterus. They can be removed by a surgeon or GYN surgeon or they may opt for removal of the uterus all together. Just ask the surgeons in your area if they use surgical robots. Personally, I would be more concerned about a surgeon's reputation than his robot. Good luck :) ...Read more

Acne scaring are there any options to get rid of acne scaring? I had cysmatic (not sure how to spell it) acne my whole life and still currently have it. Just not as bad. My entire face is pitted. I talked to a specialist at one point who was very mean
I: I agree that it is important to treat the cystic acne first. Accutane is a good treatment for this purpose. Please read more about Accutane on the link below. After you complete Accutane treatment, you must wait at least six months before treating any scarring that is left over from the acne. At that point, laser resurfacing combined with selective removal of pitted acne scars can help improve acne scarring. I hope that helps! ...Read more

How can I get a correct the diagnosis of sinus infection or dental problem and what specialists do I need to talk to?
What is the least invasive way a specialist can gum graft all my lower teeth? Talking of procedure/technique & not the material or tissue used.
DePends: On your definition of invasive. If you don't want to use a donor site sometimes you can partially remove a layer of tissue over the bone (a split thickness flap) and allow the new attached gum grow in. The problem is you need to have enough bone for this technique and if the reason for the graft is attachment loss and not coverage. ...Read more

Dairy and wheat allergy in my 4 year old my son has been diagnosed with asthma and allergies to dairy and wheat - we cut out everything that contains we are now on a gluten and dairy free diet - however when we went to the specialist he said the allergies
Physicians usually rely on science and evidence to advise parents. It's interesting to speculate on causes but speculation is not evidence in the scientific meaning. Dairy and wheat allergies are diagnosed by specific tests and these allergies can be related to asthma and eczema. If the rash you are mentoining is eczema, it is impossible to say exactly what is causing it. Grapes may be exacerbating it and it is easy enough to eliminate that from a diet.
Inhalation of 'salt water' alone for asthma has not been proven helpful based on evidence. Saline is commonly used to mix medicine with to allow it to be aerosolized in a nebulizer. Saline can be soothing to irritated membranes and may also have a placebo effect. Asthma and eczema sometimes do resolve as children get older. ...Read more

Sporadic sharp pain on coccyx. Dr thot nerve damage. Xray found free floatin coccyx. Specialist reviewed. Suggests mri-erosion is rare for age. Worry?
Without the films, these are my thoughts:
it is more likely you hurt the coccyx once, and that it did not heal. The coccyx (or tail bone) is very tender, and can commonly be a source of injury or pain. There's no need to worry though, and the mri would probably clear up whatever is happening back there, so you won't have to think about it.
Above all, don't worry. Does anything help it? ...Read more
