Depends: The answer depends on how well your liver is actually doing. I would defer to the doctor who saw you for the hepatitis A. He would have access to your most recent liver tests. If your liver tests are improving but still abnormal, then I would continue to follow the hepatitis before starting any unnecessary supplements.
