There are rare instances where people are allergic or get rashes to water. Quite possibly: Jock itch usually associated w/ men, but women get it too: warm, moist, dark areas are fungus' favorite place to live; might also be candida fungus spread from vagina if u have yeast "infxn". Both types of fungus r treated with antifungal (ones like lotrimin & desenex & Nizoral (ketoconazole) work well against both fungi).
