Ok so I was cleaning out my ducks cage and some duck poop got on the outside of my eye but I washed my eye with warm water so will it make me sick?

Probably not: Good that you irrigated it out and time will ultimately tell. However, the type of bacteria in a duck's gut is probably quite dissimilar from ours and so it is unlikely that conditions in your eye would support growth of these bacteria.
