No: Creatine when taken appropriately can help with muscle recovery. It will cause water retention and the biggest risk of taking this is muscle cramping from insufficient hydration. If you are taking this as a supplement you need to make sure you are staying adequately hydrated. Otherwise it has not had any long term notable side effects as it is excreted by your kidneys. ...Read more
I don't advise it.: Accutane already has the potential to cause liver and kidney damage and should not be taken lightly or without close monitoring. High protein and creatine powders add an extra layer of stress to your system & could cause dehydratiion. Yes, but be aware: Creatine is used by athletes to build up muscle mass. Use of it seems harmless but doubts still remain. Mayo clinic has mentioned that it may be associated with asthma in those allergic to it. Some have mentioned that it may cause kidney and liver damage. But not proven.
