I : I am concerned about your symptoms and i feel that you need immediate medical evaluation. I can understand your concern about finances, but your health is the most important thing especially as a young mother. Your irregular bleeding is not normal, and the bloating is concerning. Please call the local clinics in your area and they can advise you on whether they can see you but they can also give you advice on where you can be seen. You should definitely get a full examination including a pelvic exam and a pap smear, and you may need imaging studies.
