Is it a good idea for someone with type 1 diabetes to go for a 15 minute jog or is it best to walk?
It's fine: More intense cardiovascular workout is fine, especially since you are not talking about running a marathon - then i would always use a buddy system and have someone with me. But a 15 minute jog is fine.
