Become more active: You will likely have the same problem with each pregnancy, so in between increase your aerobic activity level and loose weight if possible. Meet with the dietitian to discuss your specific dietary concerns - unless you really just want to eat lousy foods there are usually healthy alternatives. Second opinion: The 'low oxalate' diet is not critical to managing kidney stones. The physicain who instructed you to do this may be lawyer-shy. Chances are that other physicians and dieticians will tell him that the key to preventing kidney stones from recurring is more about staying hydrated so that the urine is always clear. ...Read more

It's fine: More intense cardiovascular workout is fine, especially since you are not talking about running a marathon - then i would always use a buddy system and have someone with me. But a 15 minute jog is fine. If you have history of hypoglycemic episodes, just make sure you eat and drink a little bit before your jog and make sure you tuck your glucose tablets in your sock in case you feel shaky. ...Read more

If you like it...: But it won't either help or hurt you. A good, healthy well-balanced diet and daily exercise is much more important than any specific restriction.
