X-Ray revealed I fractured a big toe. Do I need to go back to PCP for a splint/other procedure? Is it safe to deal with it on my own, or is that bad
Toe: It all depends on how bad the fracture is and what part of the toe it involves. Possible: not wise: If you immobilize it properly, if you are other wise healthy it could heal. However, what if it is out of alignment or heals out of alignment. How will you be able to properly immobilize it and how do you know what steps to take to ensure adequate healing and to deal with any complication.
