Get an OBGYN consult: It sounds like you need to visit your OB/GYN right away. You may need to have a cervical exam, pap, r/o uterine process such as fibroids or endometriosis. The Mirena should be working better so best that your OB/GYN rules out contraindications and makes sure your symptoms are better controlled. Low back pain may or may not be unrelated. No: Let your track record speak for itself! if you've had 3 healthy pregnancies in the past, statistically for your young age group you should be fine. You need to follow up with your doctor regularly to make sure the "cyst" doesn't enlarge. No: I'm so sorry that happened to you. It's possible that some residual scar tissue from that surgery is causing your pain. I would recommend you make an appointment with a gynecolgoist to discuss and have an exam of the area.
