BP Readings: The BP readings you cite are within normal range would not require anti-hypertensive medications. Since you are diabetic, it is especially important to make sure that your BP is controlled. I would recommend taking your BP at home frequently, and notify your physician if it becomes elevated. Not Viagra!!: Imdur is a long acting form of nitroglycerin, if you take viagra, Cialis or levitra, (vardenafil) it could lower your BP so low, you could actually die (with a smile on your face, but still dead ;-)). Coreg can cause erectile dysfunction, see if you can be switched to another beta-blocker or calcium channel blocker, or another agent if a real problem.
