Not suggested: I would not suggest using this method of physiotherapy for your baby. If there is nasal congestion and a wet cough, most are due to viral infections and resolve within 10 days. Infants tend to swallow the mucus, and using baby nasal saline with gentle irrigation can reduce post nasal drip. Yes: All the scales i know of that measure body fat do so by a priciple of electrical impedance. You usually have your feet on a "pad" that is metallic and a very small electrical current is sent from one pad to the other. Since electricity travels at different speeds through water, fat, bone and muscle it can calculate what percentage is fat.
