Is Indentation From Eyeglasses On Your Nose Permanent
I'm an 18 yr old female & I've been wearing glasses for 8 years. My eye look sunken in, puffy and dark circles all around with indentation marks at the sides of my nose. Is there a natural way to fix this?

I have indentations on the back of my head right above my ears. When ever they appear I have a massive headache. Not due to glasses as they are new.
Sounds like: Your headaches are consistent with a spasm in the temporalis muscles. The back edge (posterior border) of the muscle is approximately where you describe. I a tense contracted state or spasm it will puff up and protrude hence the bump. Do you happen to clench or grind your teeth? Consult with a dentist who can make appropriate diagnosis and treatment recommendations or referral.

Tic: It's probably just a nervous tic and should not cause you any problems

Best way: Is to wear contact lenses, or get lighter weight frames and lenses.

You could also consider refractive surgery to rid yourself of glasses. Ask you eyecare professional what is the best option for you.See 2 more doctor answers
