How much NSAIdS would someone need to take to develope ulcer ? Is safe if I have 20 ibuprofen a year ? Or is that too much ? Just out of curiosity

If you have a: history of recurrent ulcers I recommend against any NSAID use. If you have never had one, using 1-2 Ibuprofen a month should not be an issue. Best of luck! ...Read more

No issue unless: you suffer from what is now called AERD (aspirin exacerbated respiratory disease) which is often manifested by steroid-resistant asthma, nasal polyps, chronic sinusitis, there is no reason why you can't take NSAID.
