After giving oral sex to a female, is it easy to get oral warts, hpv, STDs etc. All other docs on here said it was rare to get something. Please help!
Bleeding after sex, not heavy, lasts between an hour to 24 hours. Had pap and hpv/std tests for this and all are normal. Any ideas? Gave birth 8/2012.
Cervicitis?: Bleeding after sex is often a sign of inflammation of the cervix, i.e. cervicitis. Although some cervicitis is due to STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia), those tests are highly reliable so probably not a concern. Cervicitis is normally diagnosed by direct exam. Ans: No you can have an Abnormal papa for several reasons. When the papa us abnormal hoc for the dangerous setup types are checked. So then you are either high risk is low risk. You did not mention this. So ask your doctor. And see. The paps will need to be redone at some time usually 3 mo. ...Read more
I had a slightly ASCUS Pap smear results with negative for HPV and STDs. Gyno said inflammation from sex. Should I be concerned? Follow up soon.
Cervicitis? Have yellow discharge, neg HPV and std- clear pap, neg ecc. Atypical immature metaplasia on biopsy with neg p16 stain.
