Is holding your breath while pregnant bad for the baby? I've been straining to poop because i'm constipated, and noticed I hold my breath. Is this bad

Is holding your breath while pregnant bad for the baby? I've been straining to poop because i'm constipated, and noticed I hold my breath. Is this bad
