Is there a research about the possibility of green tea or black tea acting as DHT or dihytestosterone blockers?
Limited research: The best study i found was a study on mice showing black tea reduced Dht levels by 72% while green tea increased Dht by 194%. But one animal study does show that licorice extract (not tea) might have antidepressant-like activity on par with Imipramine or prozac (fluoxetine).
