Tension headache : Morning headaches can stem from abnormal sleep so make sure you get 8-9 hours of restful sleep. Relaxation exercises can help you as well. Find the stressors in your life and change buses the other direction to healthy stress free living. Avoid caffeine as this can lead to rebound headache in the morning.
