Not always.: Although change in bowel habits is a strong indicator of colon cancer, it can signify other things as well, like irritable bowel syndrome, or gallbladder issue, i.e. Stones. Your'e young for colon cancer, and gallbladder issues. So it is likely that the source of this lies elsewhere, like your diet. No way to...: There is no way to tell until you get the appropriate tests for your symptoms. First of all if you suspect you might be pregnant get a pregnancy test. Ovarian cancer is far less common than pregnancy so it is not one of the first things to consider unless you have had a diagnosis of this sort in the past.
