Need a doctor: You should have a check up with a physical examination and blood testing, to see if there's something wrong which would respond to some form of treatment. You also need ongoing drug abuse treatment, if you want to stay clean and off drugs, which is what I recommend. Meth Addiction can be tough, you need all the help you can get and need to do whatever it takes to stay clean. Good luck.

Female friend is a crystal Meth smoker she is complaining about pain on the right side of her chest, dizziness, Hot flashes, and unable to swallow?

Impossible to say: Depends on age and risk factors, but chest pain associated with methamphetamine use can always be cardiac in origin, and your friend needs to get checked out by her PCP or an urgent care setting. You might benefit from a few Alanon meetings to learn how to handle your own emotions about your friend, and to not enable her drug use. She needs help and I hope that she gets it soon, before more harm.

Being a IV heroin addict I used methamphetimine to cure withdrawal symptoms. It worked but I don't get high off the meth. Able to eat and sleep. Why?

No clue: But I wish you were more concerned with dealing with your addictions than blocking withdrawal symptoms. I have treated MANY people who used both heroin and methamphetamine, and none of them said that amphetamine did anything beneficial for their withdrawal, so it may be just your particular biology. Most use speed to stay awake for the heroin high, or use heroin to take the edge off the speed.

How long can you have lisonopril withdrawal symptoms? I have been feeling, dizzy, lightheaded, and light faint since I stopped 1 month ago

How long can you have lisonopril withdrawal symptoms? I have been feeling, dizzy, lightheaded, and light faint since I stopped 1 month ago

Not related: The half life is 12 hours. It is cleared, unchanged, in the urine. In 5 half lives, the medicine is 97% excreted. At one month, there wouldn't be a trace of it in your system. Look for a different cause for your symptoms.

New gluten free diet. Feel tired, dizzy, craving butter and dairy. Symptoms go away if I eat cookies or breads. When does gluten free withdrawal end?

New gluten free diet. Feel tired, dizzy, craving butter and dairy. Symptoms go away if I eat cookies or breads. When does gluten free withdrawal end?

Add healthy carb: Gluten free does not mean compete carb free but veggies and fruit - fresh produce and dairy as fermented products (Yogurt, Kefir), low fat cheese, Avocado, nuts. All these foods supply good energy and balanced carbs and protein. Nutrition needs balance. Gluten is not needed for sustenance. Check with your Doc. Lab work and exam if there is any other disorder as diabetes, anemia, etc.

Was on effexor (venlafaxine) for 10 years. Helped with dizziness. Stopped 3 yrs ago and still get frequent brain zaps (withdrawal symptoms). Why would I still get?

Not withdrawal: If you stopped the Effexor (venlafaxine) 3 years ago, the " frequent brain zaps" are not withdrawal symptoms. You may need referral to a neurologist to look into the cause and suggest a treatment. Hope this helps.

Dr said withdrawal symptoms from cymbalta (duloxetine) would last about 1 wk, it's been a month still dizzy, sick with major brain fog. What can I do? Unbearable

Is depression back?: Discontinuation syndrome (or "withdrawal") from antidepressants usually lasts 1-2 weeks but it varies from person to person and can be complicated when other meds or conditions (medical or psychiatric) are in the mix. When people continue to be symptomatic at 1 months it may be a relapse (return) or the original symptoms. This is something to discuss and decide with your doctor. Good luck.

What are the main big symptoms of methamphetamine withdrawal? As well as best ways to fight through them (i know like will power, change habits etc.)?

See below: Stimulant withdrawal can be a highly unpleasant experience consisting of depressive/irritable mood (sometimes with hopelessness and/or suicidal thinking), fatigue/sluggishness, excessive time sleeping with vivid dreams and/or difficulty falling/staying asleep, and increased appetite. An inpatient mental health unit would be a safe environment conducive to successful detoxification.
