Yes, but....: You can do it, but why? Raw eggs can carry infections. There is no benefit to eating an egg (raw or cooked) after a workout. If you're using it to supplement protein intake, just eat a good healthy diet. Ignorance: Egg yolks are rich in cholesterol but eating eggs has minimal effects on cholesterol levels. The bottom line is not how eggs affect chol. But their effect on risk of heart disease.
