That depends: Hi. Not if they're egg mcmuffins and big macs. If you eat meals consisting of HEALTHY food twice daily, that's fine. It's utter nonsense to think you need 3 meals/day. If you're only hungry for two, eat two. However WHAT you eat should be healthy food: whole grains, nuts and seeds, fruits and veggies, nonfat dairy, olive and canola oil, lean meats; best prepared at home. NO fast food. Is it healthy to only eat once a day? For as long as i can remember i've only eaten once a day. It's not that i don't want to eat, it's just that if i eat three meals, or even two, i feel extremely bloated and full, even if the meals weren't anything big.

Yes: If you have daily various vegetables .. variety id good , colors, ... should be daily part of nutrution along with serving of fruit. Depends: a serving of cooked veggies is one cup, a serving of raw veggies is 2 cups. potatoes do not count as veggies due to significant carbohydrates.
