Increase your fiber.: Taking more fiber in your diet, and perhaps even taking fiber supplements such as Metamucil on a regular basis will make you less likely to be constipated. Any easy way to achieve that is to eat a half bowl of Fiberone cereal mixed in yogurt and whatever fruit you might want to add each morning. Burning feet: I don't think the burning feet is related to synthroid. If I read this correctly you report that you have Synthroid 125 mcg but state you have no medication.
It is probably time to see your Primary doctor.
