Probably not: Flour eating is benign but an odd way to get nutrition. However it is sometimes associate with low iron levels. You might get some iron supplements at your pharmacy and see if that lowers your desire for flour eating.

Possible: The danger is small, but real, as a small number of mould species produce toxins called mycotoxins (fungal toxins). Even if present, unless conditions were just right, no toxins may have been formed. Most cases recognized have occurred by ingestion of foods made from contaminated grains. So, it is unlikely that you will have any ill effects, impossible to say when.

See doctor: Pica, eating items other than food, can be linked to other medical conditions. For example, people with iron deficiency anemia often find that their non food cravings go away once they have normal blood levels of iron. A person with pica should be seen by their doctor and tested for related conditions.

Yes: Having that much sugar stresses your pancreas, causing it to secrete large amounts of insulin, leading to Insulin resistance and starts you down the road to diabetes. Doing this once won't cause diabetes but doing it even once in a great while is not good for you and will definitely increase risk of diabetes. Sugar is toxic! And it's even worse if it's from high fructose corn syrup or gmo beets!

Something not right: If you are eating seven Ritalin (methylphenidate) every day, you are not being treated appropriately. You should see a physician.

Food Questions: Nope. Of course not. Especially if you do not have diabetes or obesity. If there was something wrong with bread don't you think that four or five billion people would be in trouble?

Thiscan also result from the natural insecticide in raw rice called Lectin which in the long run can affect your intestinal health. Also, uncooked rice isharder to digest due to the cellulose coating. Also check for Iron & Zinc deficiencies which could attribute to Pica.

Yes: I say yes because I do not know your start weight but just the fact that you say you have an eating disorder means that losing this much is not an indication of "healthy" weight loss. Seek counseling so that you can reach a healthy weight in a healthy manner!

Relative: That a wee bit restrictive. If you are morbidly obese, rapid weight loss is often not difficult. The first weight lost is often water. The liver contains glycogen which carries water. When that is expended water will go with it. If you are not obese & continue at a rate of loss this rapid- it may be too fast. If you are female - have you considered up'ing to 1, 200 calories. Talk to your doc.

But why...?: A daily multivitamin is probably not dangerous, but why do you take it? There are many ingredients in each capsule, and you may be sensitive to one or more, and creating GI problems. Unless you have a known vitamin deficiency, you are wasting your money and time. Do a little more exercise each day, and forget those pills.
