If you are urinating more often than every 6 hours, your habit has pushed your kidneys to dilute the urine to the point you pee it off as fast as you drink it. Depends: If there is a family history of alcohol problems, you're more at risk to drink too much. Ask your pcp if there's any reason for you to be concerned with your pattern of drinking.
