I have fatty liver disease. I am now exercising and eating right. However, since I started exercising I've started getting diarrhea. Is this normal?

Not really: Certainly, you have taken steps to improve your health, and eating healthier should not cause diarrhea. You may have been used to eating a different diet, and now your body needs to get regulated to the healthier input. Playing detective and changing the amount of fiber in your diet can help as well, to hopefully improve the loose stools. If it persists, then see a dr. Best wishes. ...Read more
