Safe: But makes no sense. They do the same thing. Using 2 of them is not more effective than using 1 alone. "Fungal" infection might be candida {yeast}, intertrigo, or tinea cruris. Either of these therapies might be effective for any of these conditions. Best results may require a more precise diagnosis with understanding about the cause. You should NOT: Use Betnovate on your face!!! Strong cortisone preparations can CAUSE BLEMISHES!!! Speak with the Prescriber about a safer Facial hydrocortisone preparation!!
