Can be: Cramping can occur at any point in pregnancy and can be normal. If not accompanied by bleeding, then it's typically okay, but can be disconcerting. If you're worried, can always see a doctor, get an ultrasound and make sure everything is okay. If continues may want to get baseline cervical length in pregnancy and follow. Yes, but: It is a little early to be having pregnancy symptoms. Sometimes women have lower abdominal pain from an ectopic pregnancy, but not this soon after conception, usually. See or call your OB: You may not be pg anymore , you need a quantitative bhcg and a Progesterone level, and u may need a 2nd one to show it is either decreasing or increasing, and u may need an ultrasound , cause if u are pg want to make sure it is in the uterus and not the tube so call your OB now , as your OB is on call the weekend or has someone covering for him or her. ...Read more
