Could bacteria be caused from diabetes colitis and a pericecal hernia? Plus can the pericecal hernia cause a pinched nerve in my groin area?

30 years ago i was told i had colitis, 20 years ago ibs, 6 months ago its actually severe epi. Been on 2 types of creon, still got severe diarrhea.
Diarrhea: Chronic severe diarrhea should be evaluated by a gastroenterologist. If you are not satisfied with your diagnosis or treatment, seek another opinion. Newer medication is available for IBS with predominant diarrhea. It all depends...: Depends on what is causing the colitis. If it is an infection then antibiotics, but if we are dealing with an inflammatory colitis the medications you can use can be a wide variety targeting the inflammation and they need to be prescribed by a medical provider, not something you can take over the counter.
