Healthy food!: I don't know what the typical breakfast is in nigeria, but a healthy breakfast should include protein- this can be eggs, nuts, beans or lean meats. Fruits & vegetables are always healthy- i often have an omelet with onions, tomatoes & avocado. Oatmeal is ok but i would add nuts for protein. Yogurt can be good too. Don't do it: Tongue piercing comes w continued pain as well as swelling, tenderness, bleeding & bruising for around 5 days. If the swelling makes it difficult to breath then you need emergent medical evaluation to ensure that your airway does not become compromised.
