Most are Fine: Dry skin, along with dry eyes and mouth are common in lupus patients. The dry skin tends to be worse in the winter months because of the cold dry air outside and forced hot air inside. How do you detect pneumonitis in lupus patients? How is it treated? I went to the ER for sob, chest x-ray, echo, CT chest, d-dimer, CBC and bmp and it all came good. I feel I have"air hunger." I also have p.O.T.S. There has been no answer.
